Building for the Future - Passive House

Our mission is simple: to build better. We create homes that are comfortable, beautiful, and joyful to live in. Too many Australian homes -new and old- are freezing in winter and sweltering in summer, relying heavily on expensive heating and cooling.We believe there’s a better way. Drawing on our experience in Norwegian cold-climate construction, we adapt proven techniques to suit the Australian environment. The result? Homes that feel good to be in - whether it’s January or July.

Where possible, we apply Passive Housing techniques – a premium standard for energy-efficient, comfortable homes. These principles include:
